What happens if the equipment or castle gets damaged?

We make sure our castles and equipment are set up correctly as it should be for the safety of our young ones and everyone else, therefore the hirer is 100% responsible for any damages to our products and you will be liable for all costs involved to repair/replace our equipment and/or castles.

Should someone be supervising once the castle is set up?

Yes, ALL castles must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult. Mystical Jumpers can provide supervision at an additional cost per hour however this does depend on the availability of our workers.

What happens with bad weather?

In the case of heavy rain or high/strong winds, we reserve the right to cancel the jumping castle hire. Some of our castles are fitted with roofs to keep the rain off, and so will withstand light rain.

If winds are predicted over 30km an hour we must cancel the booking regardless of the weather. Of course, we never want this to be the case or a concern and can generally work around the weather.

If we have had to cancel your booking due to wind or weather, you do have the option to reschedule your booking or get a full refund. Mystical Jumpers will do their best to accommodate your new date & time.
